Baked provolone with figs

Figs and figs and almost everything in the world are delicious if you mix them with cheeses.


  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 figs or 3

  • 1 clove garlic

Paso 4: We bake it at 180 degrees for half an hour. You have to be careful at the end because each oven … the important thing is that it falls apart and that we can control only with our eyes.

Paso 5: Meanwhile we cut the figs. I added it later, when I took the cheese out of the oven, but they can also be added a little before the oven time is up and that’s how they are done a little inside … These were so ripe that it was not necessary, but you know … for tastes … More herbs above and to enjoy.
