Bad fall on a mountain bike for a 17 year old from Monfalcone: taken away in an ambulance


An hour-long intervention in which five technicians from the Trieste Alpine Rescue station and the Fire Brigade also took part

MONFALCONE Bad fall for a 17-year-old from Monfalcone who today, Friday 20 November, got injured while riding a dirt road near the underpass of the motorway near the Lisert tollbooth. In the impact, the young man fell with his face and shoulder, causing severe trauma.

Five technicians from the Trieste Alpine Rescue station, the fire brigade and the ambulance came to help him around 4.30 pm. The intervention lasted an hour: when the rescuers managed to reach the boy, who was in the company of two peers, they loaded him on a stretcher onto the ambulance.
