Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team unveils its 2025 livery at the F1 75 Live event in London.
Formula One, celebrating 75 years of exhilarating racing, had its teams converge at the O2 Arena in London for an unprecedented F1 75 Live event. Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team took the stage to reveal their upcoming 2025 livery, blending tradition with modern flair.
A Unique Launch Experience
The F1 75 Live event set a new precedent by uniting all 10 Formula One teams in one venue to unveil their liveries. Aston Martin Aramco utilized this platform to showcase its heritage and future ambitions. The highlight was a CGI re-enactment of the iconic Thames River chase scene from the James Bond movie, “The World Is Not Enough.” Drivers Lance Stroll and Fernando Alonso brought this homage to life in style, driving to The O2 in a nod to the storied partnership between Aston Martin and James Bond.
The evening culminated in a powerhouse performance by Grammy award-winner Tems, accompanied by a 35-piece orchestra, against the backdrop of the newly unveiled AMR25 livery. This extraordinary presentation was concluded by CEO and Team Principal Andy Cowell and the drivers.
The Legendarily Green Livery
The AMR25 livery retains the iconic green that has defined Aston Martin Aramco’s presence since their return to Formula One in 2021. This decision underscores the team’s commitment to its racing heritage. Additionally, the design highlights new partnerships reflecting the team’s growing influence. Five new sponsors—Coinbase, Pepperstone, Arm, Atlas Air, and ELEMIS—featured prominently on the livery. Maaden had already been announced as the team’s first Principal Partner.
The AMR25’s design will be officially unveiled in a digital launch on February 23, ahead of pre-season testing at the Bahrain International Circuit, which begins on February 26.
Team Principal and Commercial Director Insights
In his statement, Andy Cowell expressed excitement about the livery launch. “We’re thrilled to unveil the AMR25 during F1 75 Live. It’s an unprecedented way to involve our fans, partners, and team. This moment is particularly poignant for me, marking my first launch as CEO and Team Principal.” Cowell’s enthusiasm was evident, looking forward to the first race of the season in the new car.
Jefferson Slack, Managing Director of Commercial, emphasized the importance of the event beyond the visual spectacle. “Our launch highlights Aston Martin’s deep-rooted legacy and the relentless pursuit of excellence. It’s a celebration of the unique bond between Aston Martin, Formula One, and the fans who support us.”
