  • Letter of motivation (please note the below Notes on the letter of motivation)
  • Letter of endorsement from a teacher at the school where the Abitur was taken
  • short CV
  • List of internships, relevant participation in competitions and competition prizes, awards as well as voluntary/school/social commitment, each with the corresponding proof (Certificate, internship certificate or similar)
  • high school diploma
  • Admission notice or certificate of enrollment for a STEM course at TU Dresden (to be submitted later by September 25, 2022)
  • Graduates from a MINT-EC school need the MINT-EC certificate

Notes on the letter of motivation

Please address the following questions in your letter of motivation:

  • Why are you applying for a STEM scholarship? why are you eligible for a MINT scholarship?
  • Why did you decide to study at the TU Dresden? What are your future goals?
  • Where and in what way did you get involved socially or in society? Have you taken on responsibility in a club or organization?
  • Did you have or are you currently facing special challenges when you were at school, such as illness, caring for a relative or similar?

The letter of motivation should be 2000 characters (including spaces) do not exceed!
