(ANSA) – NAPLES, 25 NOV – Tomorrow, at the Church of Gesù di Nola, at 7 pm, Another music … will be held, a concert of chamber compositions by Maestro Domenico De Risi, diocesan presbyter and parish priest of the Cathedral.
“The long militancy in the field of liturgical music did not prevent me from cultivating the chamber music genre, which allowed me greater freedom, both under the aspect of inspiration itself, and under the more strictly structural aspect – explains don De Risi -. I did not want to follow the paths of an experimentalism that has now had its time and that does not speak to feelings or to affections, convinced as I am that ‘tonality’ still has a lot to tell us and to give us “.
