“I always dreamed it would be like this”
“I live here with my dog and Lucas. We are now even engaged,” Anita reveals in Yvon Jaspers’ farm program. Lucas is not Dutch, but a real Austrian. “I didn’t expect that,” says Anita about her new partner.
With Lucas, Anita can ‘completely be herself’. “I always dreamed that it would be like this: on a farm with the love of my life, someone who just accepts me as I am. I am so happy.”
Later in the program, Yvon says that the couple got married last summer.
Anita participated fourteen years ago Farmer seeks wife. She signed up for goat farmer Frank, with whom she eventually completed the program successfully. After eight years their relationship ended.
The vet was convinced that Frank was the one, but nothing could be further from the truth. “You can also grow apart,” she explains the break.
Jan and Dorien out Farmer seeks wife are still together. The couple is now married. You can see how they experienced their wedding in the video below.
