It will be really crowded at the Munich Exhibition Center on Saturday evening: up to 100,000 people are expected there at the open-air concert by singer Andreas Gabalier.

The performance was actually planned as part of a “fan festival” in summer 2020, but was canceled due to restrictions imposed by the Corona-Pandemics but postponed several times (start 8 p.m.).
The supporting program has also been reduced: the amusement park announced in 2019 will not exist. Visitors can still access the site from 12 p.m., where, among other things, a gastronomic offer with a “food truck mile” is planned.
Accident help addresses a request to concert goers –
The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe advised visitors to the concert to wear sunscreen and rain ponchos – and to wear suitable shoes. “At Andreas Gabalier’s concerts in the past, we handed out patches by the meter because brogues hadn’t shrunk in yet or the pumps with the dirndl caused blisters,” said head of operations Markus Bauer.
Not all areas of the concert area are asphalted. In addition, there could be a few kilometers due to the footpaths from the subway or from the parking lots to the Munich exhibition center.
