- 4 cabbage leaves
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 g of tomato sauce
- 300 g of sausage
- 150 g of provolone
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 1 egg

To cook the cabbage rolls it is necessary to take the outer leaves of the cabbage and cook in boiling water for 4 minutes. Once softened, drain and move on to stuffed made with the sausage.
