Albert Lee – Sa. 04.03.2023 – Rubigen | Tickets

The Hunziken mill and Albert Lee are celebrating their 30th anniversary – 30 years ago Albert Lee performed at the mill for the first time. Since then, Albert Lee and the Hunziken mill have had an intimate relationship, and Albert Lee stopped by the mill again and again.

On Friday, March 13, 2020, Albert Lee was already at the sound check on the Mühle stage when the Federal Council banned concerts due to the corona pandemic – the concert had to be canceled just hours before the doors opened, Albert Lee & his band had to travel home without having achieved anything . Now, three years later, we look forward to Master’s return even more!

No question: Albert Lee is one of the best guitarists the world has ever seen. The two-time Grammy winner is also a gifted pianist with a beautiful, soulful voice.

Albert Lee has played with artists such as the Everly Brothers, Eric Clapton, along with Emmylou Harris and in Joe Cocke’s band. He has shared the stage with countless great musicians and worked in the studio with just as many artists – Bill Wymans’ Rhythm Kings, Glen Campbell, Dave Edmunds, Dolly Parton, Bobby Bare, Joan Armatrading, Ricky Scaggs, Willie Nelson, Linda Ronstadt, Rodney Crowell , Vince Gill, Travis Tritt, The Blue Caps, Robert Wells and Earl Scruggs are just a few. He has written countless songs for other artists.

We look forward to Albert Lee’s return – it’s going to be a very special evening.
