Evelyn Lozada, star of Basketball Wives, is sharing details about the co-parenting dynamic between her daughter, shaniece Hairston, and rapper The Game.

In an interview with In Touch, Lozada expressed her relief upon discovering that The Game was the father of her grandson.

“I was like, ‘well, who’s the dad?’ You know? And then she told me – I found so much peace,” the VH1 star admitted. “Just knowing that he is a great dad, like I knew my grandson was gonna be fine.”

Although Shaniece, 31, and The Game, 45, are not in a relationship, Lozada says they maintain a positive co-parenting arrangement.

“They’re still doing great. Game is Game, he loves his kids,” Evelyn, 49 shared. The reality star also mentioned that she encourages Shaniece to prioritize a healthy relationship with her child’s father,emphasizing that it “makes everything better for your kid.”

Shaniece, who works as a yoga instructor and content creator, announced her pregnancy in June 2024. Lozada celebrated the news on social media, expressing her excitement about becoming a grandmother.

“Happy birthday to my AMAZING daughter @shanieceh. You have always been my greatest blessing, and now you are bringing even more joy into our lives with your little one on the way.”

The photo was a repost of an Instagram snap from rapper The Game (real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor). His post featured a sweet caption dedicated to his son.”Stunning baby boy overload. ‘Blaze Taylor’ I love you son,” the 45-year-old wrote.

The game’s other children include Harlem Caron, 22, with Aleska Jordan, king Justice, 18, and Cali Dream, 14, with Tiffney Cambridge.
