1. Conduct an electricity transaction via the PLN Mobile app (purchasing electricity tokens for prepaid customers or paying bills for postpaid customers).
2. Locate the discount e-voucher within the “reward” feature of the PLN Mobile application or via the email address registered with PLN.
3. Apply for the power upgrade through the PLN mobile application, entering the received e-voucher code.
4. Await processing by the nearest PLN unit, which will commence after payment confirmation, adhering to established regulations.

Each PLN Mobile account is eligible for a maximum of four e-vouchers, allowing for potential savings exceeding Rp. 3 million for customers seeking a significant power boost.
