Adriana Sklenaříková broke the silence
Adriana Sklenaříková Karembeu published an extensive statement on Instagram on March 23, 2026, in which she described the long-term tension in her relationship with her daughter’s father. The couple’s divorce is still not finalized, even though Adriana has been shining for a long time by the side of Marc Lavoine, with whom she is a couple. “For years, I have faced constant pressure and repeated attempts to destabilize my daughter’s father. Nina has become the instrument and object of blackmail and negotiations that are as absurd as they are unbearable.” wrote Adriana.
“For a long time I decided not to react, just to smile and keep quiet to protect my child and preserve what should remain out of the public sphere,” she explained her silence to Adriana, admitting at the same time that she kept a lot to herself. She did it mainly because of her daughter, whom she is trying to protect. “I hid from my loved ones the trials I went through: injuries, threats, false and humiliating accusations, verbal and physical violence,” the model shocked with her words.
Today, however, he claims that he can no longer remain silent. “Today, strengthened by the courage of those who spoke before me, I no longer want to remain silent. I ran from violence, but it is catching up with me just as I am trying to get back on my feet.” the model admitted openly that what hurts the most is that their common daughter is involved in the conflict with her ex-partner. “I can no longer remain silent when my daughter Nina becomes an instrument of manipulation and legal action aimed at humiliating me and depriving me of alternate custody,” Adriana admitted. “I would never wish to expose these intimate and painful facts. But now it is my duty to defend the peace of my child, our safety and my rights as a mother and a woman. Therefore, today I decide to break the silence and turn to justice.” she concluded in her statement.
Adriana Karembeu faces accusations from her husband
The tense dispute between Adriana and her husband Aram-André Ohanian continues and takes on an increasingly personal and legal dimension. Ohanian accuses Adriana of exposing their seven-year-old daughter to an inappropriate environment. According to him, it is an environment, “where narcotics move” and where the child has access to “pornographic photos”. He also supported this serious claim by filing an official complaint with the Paris prosecutor’s office. Adriana, who lives between Paris and Marrakesh – where Nina spends most of her time with her father – thus found herself at the center of a judicial investigation.
Ohanian claims his daughter had access to explicit photos – including nudity and pornographic images – on her tablet. According to him, this content should have been synchronized from Adriana’s device. Ohaniana’s lawyer said it was “repetitive and extensive content” that was stored in a digital environment accessible to the child, mixed with her personal photos, thereby “blurring the line between children’s world and adult sexuality”. In addition, some of the material was supposed to depict sexuality as “violent” and “degrading,” which Ohanian said was incompatible with the presence of a minor child. “This is not an abuse of justice, but the action of a father who has serious concerns for the balance and well-being of his daughter.” Adriana’s ex-partner’s lawyer insists.
In an interview with Le Parisien, Aram Ohanian said that he tried to resolve the situation before filing an official complaint: “I warned Adriana more than two months ago that there was a problem with the photos, but she did not respond in any way.” According to him, the content that their daughter was supposed to access seriously worried him. At the same time, he emphasizes that his actions are not motivated by any revenge and he only cares about his daughter’s well-being
Adriana’s lawyer responds
Adriana’s legal representative, Alain Toucas-Massillon, also responded to the accusations. In an official statement for the AFP agency, he described the actions of its ex-partner Ohanian as purposeful: “As part of the divorce, Adriana Karembeu’s husband decided to defile the mother of his child with means from the very bottom in order to get the child into his custody.
Among the claims that have surfaced in the media is an alleged communication attributed to singer Marc Lavoine – Adriana’s partner – which is said to indicate the use of cocaine. Little Nina’s iPad allegedly contained photos and messages of a sexual nature, as well as a message from September 2, 2024, attributed to the singer, which refers to the presence of cocaine, writes Elle.fr.

Marc Lavoine indirectly addressed the situation by sharing his partner’s statement on Instagram and publicly supporting her. The model’s lawyer strongly rejects these accusations, calling them “disgusting” and emphasizing that they are especially harmful to their daughter Nina, who is “the only object of her unconditional love and priorities.” “Given what these photos and reports reveal, my priority is to keep our daughter out of contact with Marc Lavoine. But I’m not doing it out of revenge.” Ohanian told Le Parisien.
The whole case comes at a time when Adriana Karembeu launched her new book Je t’aime parce que je t’aime et voilà tout. Adriana Sklenaříková is facing an investigation on suspicion of “neglecting parental duties” following a complaint filed by her husband. The Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed to franceinfo that it opened an investigation following this filing. The case has been assigned to one of the Paris police departments and so far concerns exclusively the suspicion of neglect of parental duties.
