The first step to get the bonus is to submit the Single Substitute Declaration (Ds) and obtain a below-threshold ISEE certification. The 2026 benefit for families with physical hardship

The values ​​of the bonuses for families in the state of physical discomfort: in this case, the benefit can be obtained in the presence of domestic customers suffering from a serious illness or domestic customers with an electricity supply where a person suffering from a serious illness lives, requiring the use of electro-medical equipment to maintain life. The bonus is differentiated into three bands which indicate theextraconsumo compared to a typical user (with consumption equal to 2700 kilowatt hours per year): for the minimum range (up to 600 kWh per year), the bonus varies from 142.35 euros per year for power ranges up to 3 kilowatts to 208.05 euros (from 4.5 kW and above); for the medium range (with extra consumption between 600 and 1200 kWh per year), the range goes from 284.70 euros per year (up to 3 kW) to 335.80 euros per year (from 4.5 kW upwards); for the maximum range (over 1,200 kWh per year), the value varies from 423.40 euros per year (up to 3 kW) to 463.55 euros (from 4.5 kW and up).
