Stuttgart – Prince Lilo-Taro likes to travel. Is supposed to marry the Hawaiian princess Laya, but she’d rather be somewhere else. The American occupiers are spreading around Honolulu, and some also want to get married. Kanako Hilo is planning an uprising. In the end there are couples. Some are happy. And sing: “You beautiful pearl of the South Pacific, give me love!”
